Laughter Yoga sessions usually last for 30-60 minutes. Laughter Yoga exercises help promote mental and physical health. Laughter clubs provide a rich social network.  Laughter clubs are FREE to the public. There is no membership fee, registration or rules.  Laughter clubs are hosted by people trained as Laughter Yoga Leaders and Teachers.
